Terms & Conditions

Damaged Items

As experienced garment care specialists, we are trained to treat all garments with the highest quality care — and doing so is our top priority. However, because we are not the original manufacturer, nor have we held prior possession of the garments that we service(i.e.worn and/or soiled them), we cannot provide a full guarantee against color loss, bleeding, shrinkage or other changes in appearance that result from our attempt(s) to clean your garment(s). We also cannot take responsibility for any deteriorated or flawed garments, as the compromised condition increases the likelihood of further breakdown during the cleaning process.

Please review your garments as soon as they enter your home.

Damage claims must be reported within seven (7) days of pickup, and must include visual identification of the issue(s), either through photos sent via email(hello@bloomcleaners.com)or in-person documentation. Bloom reserves the right to equally assess the condition(s) of the garment(s) to determine the cause of any stated claims.

In the rare instance where an item’s condition has changed, we will attempt to restore the garment to its original condition, a process that could take up to 20 days. Upon completion of that process we will present a number of alteration possibilities. Ultimately, if a refund is appropriate, the amount will be based on the lesser of the depreciated value of the garment(s) and the cost of cleaning / repair.

Lost Items

Any lost item must be reported within seven (7) days after an order is received. Any item for which a claim has been made will not be considered lost until twenty (20) days after the case is opened / initiated. Bloom shall not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a Bloom bag, such as pens, paper, watches, jewelry, or cufflinks. Ultimately, if a refund is appropriate, the amount will be based on the lesser of the depreciated value of the garment(s) and the cost of cleaning / repair.
